Pavlova recipe

My lovely Pavlova! I really like this cake: a crisp meringue with a marshmallow heart, gorgeousness whipped cream and fresh fruit. It's perfect, romantic and simple to make.

Ingredients:
250 g. icing sugar
4 egg whites
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp white vinegar
500 ml whipped cream
250 g mixed berries

Preheat the oven to 150 degree (fan). Line two baking sheets.
Whisk (use an electric whisk) for about 10 minutes icing sugar and egg whites. You have to obtain a shiny meringue. Then add 1 teaspoon of white vinegar and 2 teaspoons of cornflour. Mix well.
Divide the mixture between the two baking sheets. Spoon the meringue onto the baking sheets and, with a knife, spread it out in a round shape of 20 cm in diameter. Important: the two meringues must be all the same size.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
Sandwich the meringues together with a layer of whipped cream and spread the remains over the top.
Top with mixed berries.
