Winter Wonderland-Christmas atmosphere in London

Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park
I visited this place in the first week its open: not very crowded, full of lights, happy people, live music, little markets, good drink and many kinds of food (that had such a delicious smell), in conclusion there was plenty to see and to do.

So suddenly I got that poetic vibe and I thought: "Finally Christmas is in the air!".

I was freezing, the sky was terrible and dark, but the atmosphere of this huge amusement park was so amazing that I forgot everything wrong. I grabbed an hot chocolate and I had a smile on my face for the whole evening.

The entrance is free, but inside is not cheap, pretty expensive... but it's London, isn't it?
Just one tip: don't forget to bring cash with you, because the cash machines inside cost about 2 pound every time you use them.

The ice rink Canary Wharf
Another very impressive place to visit is the ice rink at Canary Wharf.
The track is located between the skyscrapers and it kinda reminds me the one at the Rockefeller Center (although this is smaller than the one in NYC).
At the edge there are trees illuminated by lights and a small chalet where you can drink and eat something.
The predominant color is blue, because at dusk the windows of the highest buildings reflect the shades of the sky, the ice is so white and the temperature so freezing that you want to skate fast and cheerful, to warm the body and relax the mind.

And at the end what I bought? The answer is simple: a pudding,  because Christmas isn't Christmas without a Christmas pudding!
